1. Booking & Cancellations
Our chauffeurs pride themselves on punctuality, and we encourage booking in advance to secure your reservation.
In the rare event of a delay, our customer service team will notify you promptly.
Please note that all deposits are non-refundable. Rescheduling may be available on a case-by-case basis depending on vehicle availability.
2. Payment
Full payment is required upon the driver’s arrival, prior to departure.
We accept Cash App, Zelle, and major card payments for your convenience.
Please ensure all balances are settled before the start of your trip to avoid delays.
3. Overtime
A 10-minute grace period is provided beyond your reserved end time.
All overtime must be paid before the vehicle enters overtime status.
Overtime is billed in one-hour increments to maintain scheduling integrity.
4. Passenger Conduct
To maintain a premium experience for all clients:
- Passengers are expected to act respectfully and responsibly at all times.
- No decorations of any kind are permitted inside our vehicles.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited.
- Excessive trash, spills, or damage will result in a $150 cleaning fee, assessed upon trip completion.
We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain the quality and comfort of our fleet.
5. Safety
Your safety is our top priority.
- The maximum passenger capacity may not be exceeded under any circumstances.
- Standing on seats or unsafe movement while the vehicle is in motion is prohibited.
- Our chauffeurs reserve the right to refuse or end service for any passenger posing a safety or security risk.
6. Alcohol & Liability Disclaimer
- Alcohol consumption is permitted only for passengers aged 21 and over.
- The client assumes full responsibility for ensuring compliance with all age and alcohol laws.
- Open containers may not be removed from the vehicle.
- The chauffeur may terminate service without refund if passenger behavior becomes unsafe, unlawful, or disrespectful.
- Executive Transportation is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from passenger negligence, intoxication, or non-compliance with company policies.
- Any damage to the vehicle or equipment will result in charges for repair or replacement, billed to the booking client.
