To ensure the best experience for all our passengers, please review our policies below:
1. **Booking and Cancellations**
– Full payment is due on the arrival of the driver before departure
– Deposits are non refundable. Rescheduling is available on a case by case basis.
2. **Payment**
– Payment can be made via cash app , Zelle or credit card (6% service charge).
3. **Passenger Conduct**
– Passengers are expected to conduct themselves respectfully and responsibly.
– Smoking/Vaping is not permitted in our vehicles.
In the event of smoking there will be a $500 cleaning fee applicable.
– No more than vehicle passenger capacity will be allowed on board under no circumstances.
– In the event of excessive spills / vomiting there will be a $250 clean up fee.
4. **Punctuality**
– Our drivers aim to be punctual. However, we advise booking your ride well in advance, especially during peak hours.
– In the event of a delay, our customer service team will keep you informed.
5. **Safety**
⁃ Standing on seats at any time is a violation of our policy
– We reserve the right to refuse service to any passenger who poses a safety risk.
6. **Special Requests**
– For any special requests or accommodations, please notify us at the time of booking. We will do our best to meet your needs.
Failure to abide by our passenger conduct & safety rules can lead to early termination of service and forfeiture of trip at customers expense.
